Pickin' Up Pecans: December 2010

At the kids' daycare there are some pecan trees that drop pecans onto the playground in the fall/winter. Caedyn would come home with a pocket full of pecans and get Gary to crack them. So when CiCi, my mom, arranged for us to go pick pecans with Caedyn's best friend, Rebekah, we were SO excited. Caedyn and Rebekah go to school together and Rebekah's great aunt works with my mom. We had so much fun, and then Aunt Sharon made the kids hot chocolate! What a great time!
